Owing to the nature of ready -to-print technology, gKing is not responsible for color results not meeting expectation due to problems with files. Once an order has been printed it will be charged at full price irrespective of color output. Prints needing to be re-done due to poor file set-up will be billed at full price.

Color problems of any kind, not caused by a technical malfunction of gKing equipment, or any mismatch between monitor and the final prints are not the responsibility of the gKing.
