Using the internet to order your digital prints is as easy as dragging and dropping files from one folder to another. You can also email your files, but be aware of the file size restrictions of your email server.

OUR FTP SERVICE HAS CHANGED EFFECTIVE MARCH 01, 2010.
 

FTP Instructions:

You can now transfer files directly from your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc). You no longer need an FTP client application but a login ID and password. Simply click on our link up top called Upload Files Here and you will be directed to our FTP server.

Personal Account Login:

- After entering your personal login and password, you can select the Upload File icon and browse your computer for your image files. You also have the ability to download files that we send you.

- Once you have all your files uploaded, please e-mail sales@gkingphoto.com with instructions for your order, such as size, quantity, process, and paper type.

Anonymous Login Users:

- If you do not have a personal account and urgently need to send us a file, enter “anonymous” as your Login and leave the password blank to enter.

- Here you will be able to create a folder with your name and upload your image files to our system.

- Once you have all your files uploaded, please e-mail sales@gkingphoto.com with instructions for your order, such as size, quantity, process, and paper type.

- For your protection, only our technicians will be able to download your uploaded files.
