We recommend the following steps when ordering Headshots to minimize errors in our order fulfillment:

1. Email your digital file(s) to be printed to orders@gkingphoto.com.  You are welcome to cc vik@gkingphoto.com.
   Please specify the Template ID and Actor’s name in the subject field – e.g. Template C - John Doe.
2. In the message field please specify the quantity and any special instructions – e.g. colour or BW.  If you wish to use a different font other than Century Gothic, please let us know the name of the font otherwise we will just use the font on the template.  Also, please include your complete name and delivery address for shipping purposes.
3. Please cc actor(s) with instructions to contact gKing at 1.888.61gKing (1.888.614.5464) with credit card and shipping details.
4. Upon receipt of confirmed credit card number, gKing will print and ship the headshots and send email confirmation.
